What are your delivery times ?
Our delivery times in Belgium are 1 at 2 open days.
For another country in Europe, time varies from 3 at 5 open days.
Puis-je suivre l'état et ma livraison en direct ?
Oui, once your order has been dispatched by Bpost, you will receive a tracking number by email.
What is the cost of delivery ?
Currently, our delivery costs in Belgium are €4.99 per shipment.
Free delivery from 60€ for Belgium.
Are our plates the same as the IVD ?
Our plates are almost exact duplicates of the plates provided by the DIV (hot aluminum).
NB : Your rear plate must come from the DIV.
What materials are our plates made of? ?
You have the choice between aluminum or plexiglass for approved plates.. For fancy plates we offer the sticker as an additional material.
What are the dimensions of our plates ?
We have several dimensions of plates depending on the models :
– Car (52cm x 11cm)
– 4×4 (32cm x 21cm)
– Moto (21cm x 14cm)
– Scooter (10cm x 12cm)
Can I drive on public roads with a fancy plate ?
The fancy plates are not approved for circulation and are mainly used as decoration for gatherings or others at your risk.
Are the screws included with the plate holder? ?
In most of our license plate holders, screws are not supplied with.
Moreover, in some cases they are, then we will mention it directly.
Can I return my items ?
All non-personalized items can be returned within 15 days after your order maximum.
Can I have an invoice for my order? ?
Yes in your customer part, you have access to your latest orders/invoices.
